(the "Company" or "AutoStore", OSE:AUTO) hereby gives notice of the convening of a special general meeting to be held on Friday 27 October 2023 at 15:00 hours (CEST) as a digital meeting, for the general meeting to resolve the election of independent members of the board of directors and to resolve remuneration to the relevant members of the board of directors and the chair of the audit committee.
