AutoStore Holdings Ltd. – Grants of RSUs to board members

(Nedre Vats, 8 April 2025): Reference is made to the special general meeting held in AutoStore Holdings Ltd. ("AutoStore" or the "Company", OSE: AUTO) on 27 October 2023, where it was resolved that board of directors not employees of any of the major shareholders (as defined therein) would be remunerated with, inter alia, restricted stock units ("RSUs") for an amount equal to NOK 450,000 per year.
