AutoStore Holdings Ltd. – Exercise of share options under the equity incentive plan and joint sale of option shares

(Nedre Vats, 17 August 2023): Reference is made to the equity incentive plan of AutoStore Holdings Ltd ("AutoStore" or the "Company", OSE: AUTO). In an exercise window opened in connection with the publication of the Company's Q2 2023 results, option holders under the Company's equity incentive plan have exercised a total of 2,344,670 options with a strike price of NOK 3.76943 per share.
