Joakim Franzon

Joakim Franzon has more than 25 years of experience conducting and overseeing industrial equipment electrical safety testing in compliance with various standards, directives, and regulatory requirements worldwide. As the Global Director of Product Compliance at AutoStore, he manages a team of product compliance engineers conducting mechanical and electrical tests at our lab in Nedre Vats, Norway, as well as third-party EMC and chemical testing teams, to verify the safety, reliability, and operability of all system module components. Before joining AutoStore, he spent more than 10 years evaluating the electrical safety of AutoStore products at a third-party testing house, giving him a deep knowledge of how warehouse workers use the machinery. Joakim holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Borås in Sweden.
