Tobias leads Boozt’s fulfillment center in Ängelholm, Sweden, home to the world’s largest high-throughput AutoStore system. He manages all technical operations, including ERP, WMS, and third-party integrations, serving customers across 14 European countries. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Lund University.

Russell Holmes

Russell oversees AutoStore’s business development across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Baltics, focusing on retail, grocery, 3PL, and industrial sectors. With over 15 years of experience in automation and logistics, he helps new AutoStore users overcome operational challenges.

In his role as Business Development Director, Russell is responsible for overseeing commercial activities in UK & Ireland, Nordic and Baltic regions, focusing on Retail, Grocery, 3PLs and the Industrial sector. His career includes 15+ years of experience in automation and logistics systems design and implementation across multiple industry sectors giving him great experience to support existing and new AutoStore users solve a wide range of the operational challenges they face.
