Anja Hauge Christiansen

Anja Hauge Christiansen is a Senior Project Manager responsible for leading the entire lifecycle of product development projects, from conceptualization to market launch. As a leader within the AutoStore R&D department, she maintains close collaboration with virtually every facet of the AutoStore organization to discern market demands. In her role, Anja collaborates with the technical team to shape product development, liaise with manufacturing and production facilities, and partner with internal marketing to orchestrate product releases. Since joining AutoStore in 2019, she has overseen the development and deployment of the AutoStore FusionPort workstation, which is designed with a high focus on ergonomics and worker retention. During development, Anja worked closely with Product Development and Marketing teams to find the right ergonomic solution to fit global warehousing needs. Before joining AutoStore, she spent more than 10 years in the oil and gas industry holding different positions. She holds a Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering from the University of Stavanger in Norway and an MBA from ThePower business school.
