Interviews were conducted between December 2023 and January 2024, with 304 respondents in total. The report criteria stipulated: (i) participating companies required a minimum of US$50 million annual turnover; (ii) interviewees were required to a hold either a executive position (selected C-suite/Owner or Founder) or seniority level of VP/Director.}_{Please see the report for the full list of job titles.
